Idelle grew up in Southern California. She displayed a natural talent for drawing and creating images as soon as she could hold a pencil. She won first prize in her school fund-raising competition and sold her first painting at six years old.

Idelle earned a BFA in Fine Art / Painting from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. After earning her degree she worked professionally in the entertainment industry for many years, for companies in the Los Angeles area including Universal Studios and Disney Studios. During this period Idelle continued developing her unique style and vision.

In 2000, Idelle opened her own Studio so she could focus on projects utilizing her personal vision. She also began seriously exhibiting her work in galleries.

Currrently, in addition to drawing and painting, Idelle is creating sculptural works for the garden and interior environments. She is creating a line of her own sculptural designs and accepts commissions for custom projects. She loves to let her imagination lead the way to see what surprises will be revealed.
